> Go to [https://admin.alumio.com](https://admin.alumio.com), enter your environment code, and complete the login flow. MFA is required for all login methods.

> **I lost access to my MFA authenticator. What do I do?**

> Contact [support@alumio.com](mailto:support@alumio.com) to reset your MFA.

> **Where do I start after logging in?**

> The Dashboard is the first page you see. It shows the health of your environment, task statistics, and active issues. From the top navigation, you can access all platform functionality.
